The Data Inspector provides a web-based platform and a downloadable desktop application for database management, query execution, and data exploration. You agree to use these tools only for their intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the service to access databases or data that you do not have authorization to access.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 4. Subscription Plans
The Data Inspector offers subscription-based plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All plans include a free trial period as specified at the time of purchase.
5. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but changes will not affect existing active subscriptions until the next renewal period. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use The Data Inspector only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the software complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the service to transmit malware, perform unauthorized access, or engage in any activity that could harm our systems or other users.

The Data Inspector and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Yittzy LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability
The Data Inspector is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please contact our support team.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
